Consult

After you have filled out a consultation form the Fairies will contact you to set up a consult. This will be a 30 minute walkthrough of the home to be cleaned. If the consult goes over 30 minutes a $25 fee will be charged.

Payment

The Fairies accept payment by cash or cash-app.

What happens if I cancel my cleaning service less than 24 hours?

If you have to cancel your clean less than 24 hours before the scheduled time a $25 cancellation fee will be charged to you. Unknown events such as death, sickness, and other emergency situations will not be charged the fee, for we understand life happens.

What products do the Cleaning Fairies use?

The Fairies take pride in being a 100% all natural cleaning company. All of the cleaning products and equipment used are non-toxic and all natural. There are a few products that the company uses on rare occasions that are not all natural. This includes the oven cleaner and hardwood floor treatment. We are currently looking for natural alternatives. We supply all products and equipment at the time of cleaning. The only product that is not natural is bleach but will use upon request.

If you would prefer the Fairies to use your cleaning supplies or a specific product, they do that as well.
